Do you love creating content? Do you eat, breathe and sleep social media? Do you have a great understanding of how digital marketing works? Here’s your chance to become a part of something great! Here’s your chance to join the BAM team!

We’re currently looking for our next Social Media Specialist. This professional will manage the paid and organic social media activity of our clients as well as contribute to our own social channels. You will focus on creating compelling organic and paid social content that stops the scroll and engages followers. Our social client verticals include entertainment, health and fitness, retail, law, marketing and others. 

You should be passionate about using social media to grow our clients audience. Desired skills include the ability to write powerful shortform social content, quickly produce social graphics and video content, edit motion graphics, and produce social content that will engage social audiences. You should understand social analytics, and know how to optimize our content and strategy for peak engagement and effectiveness.

2+ years in a creative environment, producing content related to what we outlined above.

Demonstrate interest in and interaction with social media audiences.

Experience juggling multiple social campaigns and projects simultaneously.

Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, Canva, and other content creation apps.

Experience in and knowledge of Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager a plus.

You must have a strong work ethic, be a team player, and be self motivated. This is a hybrid position, you will be working remotely as well as at our office in Trumbull, CT. 

Since social media never stops, this position will occasionally require you to put in some time on nights/weekends.

Compensation, benefits:

Exact compensation may vary based on skills and experience.

Base pay range: $37,500 – $45,000/year

Benefits: health insurance, 401k, paid vacation.
